...Do I come off as having a sadistic streak?

...Or being. Uh. 'evil'.

... That hardly seems like a hobby.

Okay, let's try a different approach. Is there someone you enjoy chatting with, but don't actually like?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-20 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Do you enjoy making them frustrated, angry, or otherwise not in a good mood?

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-20 11:38 pm (UTC)(link)
That would be called trolling.

Which, I believe, is a form of sadism.

If it's any consolation, though, I don't think you're all that bad... more... bratty, I guess. Like Shiroko said.

You have the potential, but you're unlikely to actively harm people. Just annoy them.

I feel like I should take offense at being called 'bratty'.

It makes me sound like a girl who stomps around and acts melodramatic because she doesn't have a pony.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 02:20 am (UTC)(link)
... Well, you ARE a princess, so.

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 02:25 am (UTC)(link)
THAT DOESN'T MAKE ME BRATTY!

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 02:26 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I have to be honest, I can see you making a scene about not getting a pony.

...when you were younger, anyway.

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 02:28 am (UTC)(link)
I never had a fit over not getting a pony.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
Well, you only became a princess a year ago. Kinda sorta.

Double lives are always a mess when you try and give a single number for things, aren't they?

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:23 am (UTC)(link)
I don't really have a double life.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:32 am (UTC)(link)
Not that kind of double life. Though I'm curious as to why you'd feel the need to state that, anyway.

I meant technically being more than one person in the past. Like for me, I have the memories of Erebus, and the fabricated memories of Erland Eusebius. Asking questions about how old I am can have three different answers.

You're the princess of Endymion as well as Susan DeRay. You'd have two different answers for where you grew up, at the least.

Understand?

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:40 am (UTC)(link)
..I don't really have two different answers.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:51 am (UTC)(link)
...You've basically gone with just one, then?

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:56 am (UTC)(link)
It's really hard to properly explain.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 04:57 am (UTC)(link)
Well, try. I'm probably one of the handful of people to have a decent idea of what it's like.

[identity profile] weavethebonds.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 05:01 am (UTC)(link)
Okay, it's like.

I have all the memories. But none of the emotions to go with them.

Except for SOME of the memories, I -do- have the emotions. But about 90% of them I don't.

[identity profile] pureplainpatron.livejournal.com 2010-06-21 05:02 am (UTC)(link)
I see. So, emotionally, you're more Susan than princess.

I suppose that would make a lot of difference when you think about who you are exactly.
