It is 2 AM. Wherever there is food being sold at 2 AM is fine. It's probably in the slightly sketchier parts of the city, though. There is a...person, with a baseball cap and sunglasses. And she just left a ramen shop, and is. Prancing? With her arms extended. In a shockingly childish way. She is heading immediately for another restaurant.
