[It's not like Susan even lives in Domino normally but considering her girlfriend is in a card games coma she's been there a lot more
You can find her on the street near the hospital, probably coming out of a convenience store with some instant meal. And... she looks kind of terrible. Low sleep, kind of disheveled. Her clothes are un-ironed and her hair is frayed. She just doesn't look good.

You're not. You're eating what looks to be the 100th frozen meal in a month. Your hair is frayed. You have bags under your eyes. Your clothes don't look terribly clean.
So I have to assume you're being mentally and emotionally impaired from exhaustion. To the point you're either going to collapse for 3 days straight or you're going to have a complete psychotic break.
